Fatou Dieye Foundation (FDF) was created in 2020 in honor of my mother, who was a public educator for over 40 years in Senegal, West Africa. FDF is organized exclusively for charitable purposes.
Rasheed A. Diallo: Founder, Rasheed is a native of Senegal and emigrated to the United States at a young age. He is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer, specializing in Human Resources Management. He is also a retired Department of Defense Senior Manager. He has a Bachelor’s Degree of Organizational Management from Columbia Union College (now Washington Adventist University) and a Master’s Degree of Public Administration from Central Michigan University. He is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville Virginia and several advanced leadership and management courses.
